SOVIET CONSIDERS PROPOSED AGREEMENT. Petrograd, January 29. M. Brassin has arrived at Moscow, and has submitted the proposed AngloRussian trade agreement to the Soviet, the executive of which is considering it. M. Tchitcherin anl M. Luvinoff hotly opposed the demand for full diplomatic recognition. Lenin supports Krassin. — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
