ALLEGED MISAPPROPRIATION. Sydney, Decombor. 7. The High Court heard argument in the application by the Seamen's Union for an injunction to restrain Thomas Walsh from acting aa secretary of tho organisation.' Counsel for the union stated that tho Executive Council of the union wished to suspend AVnlsh because of alleged misappropriation of funds and gross neglect of duty. Tho Judge announced that a Full Court would bo sot up to hoar tho suit.—Press Assn.
