The total number of bales of hemp prodod at tho ports of tho dominion during July was 5503. as compared with 2574 for the corresponding period of last year, an increase of' 2920 bales. For the twelve months ended July 31 tho number of bales graded was 01,022, as compared with 106,475 for the previous twelve months, a decreaso of 11,853 bales Tho total number of bales of tow graded was 065, as compared with 411 for the corresponding poriod of Inst year, an increase of 554 bales. For >the twelvo months ended July 31 tho number of bales graded was 21,088, as compared with 15,065 for tho previous twolvo months, an increase of 5343 bales. A total of 115 bales of stripper slips was graded, as compared with nil'for tho corresponding period of last year. For tho twelve months ended July 31. 302 bales were graded, as compared with 313 for the previous twolvo montlis, a decrcaso of 11 bales.
