BLAMED. FOR STAGNATION IN SOUTH WALES INDUSTRY SALBTARY ADVICE FROM SEAMEN'S SECRETARY IBrTelegraph-PresE Association-Copyright (Bee! July 22, 7.45 p.m.) London, July 21. Mr. Tearle, secretary of the Cardiff branch of the National Seamen and Firemen's Union, hotly attacked the attitude of tho miners' leaders and blaming them for the stagnation in the South Wales industry. Mr. Tearle deolaued that it would bo beccer <f the miners, instead of talking about the raising of the Russian blockade, wore to say: "Never mind the Russians. Raise more coal. G«t our pound back to 4SG cents." Tho miners, whom the seamen helped during the war, are now cmilvnt.
