(c) To priority over ordinary shares in tho distribution of the surplus assets on a winding up, but to no fur ther rights in tho profits and assets of the Company. - Tho Director* now offer for subscription the above-mentioned 125,000 Preference Shares. Instalments will bo payable a* under:— Ou Application ss. Od. per share. On Allotment 5s Od. per share. • On November 1, 1920 5s Od. per share. On February 1, 1921 5s Od. per share. Applicants may pay up in full at the time, of allotment or ai any time before the due date of payment of Calls, and will be entitled to dividend as from the dates of payment on the amounts paid.
