London, June 21. Rioting was renewed, at Londonderry in tho morning when one person was mortally and two seriously injured. Rifle and revolver firing is continuous in tho disturbed area. People are afraid to proceed to work, and business is at a standstill.

Later. Civil war prevail in Londonderry, and tho authorities are powerless against armed bands who hold the city. Several more people were snot dead this morning, and many were wounded. An intense battle continues between the Unionists and Sinn Feiners. Soldiers having restored order in one district find that shootings'" have broken out in another.

A strange railway deadlock has occurred at Cloughjordan, in County Tipperary.
