A Hythe Conference communique states—"Tho French. Government has accepted ' tho suggestion of tho British Government that the rate-at which the German Government is carrying into execution the clauses of the Treaty of Vcrsailles which relate to disarmaments is profoundly unsatisfactory. The two Governments, therefore have agreed to recommend to the Inter-Allied Conference at Boulogne that their military advisers be instruoted to draw up at ones proposals for tho acceleration of the exeoution of the clfiuecs'of the Treaty of Peace dealing with German armaments, both men and material."—Beuter.
