NEW POEM OP STRIKE.

The inclement turn, of the weather this morning brought to a heed the lons-ex-■'isting dissatisfaction of householders in the Martinbdrough district at the'exasperating delay of the Wellington- Education Board ' over rebuilding the local school, which was destroyed b.y fire some twelve months ago. The children are at present accommodated in oh'eerless and draughty buildings in various-parts of the town.' The buildings are without nrepiaces, and "heaters have never been provided, though frequently requested from the board by the School Committee. • - ■
• As a protest' a strike took place this morning, the teachers arriving at their various locations to find their occupfition gone. A-determined intention is Etpressed by the D'arents to refrain from sending their children to sohool till the existing unsatisfactory conditions are remedied. •
