CONGESTION AT LYTTELTON
By Telegraph—Press Assoolatlon.. Chrlstchurch, June 21. A conference of representatives of tho Chamber of Commerce, Progress League, Industrial Association, and Farmers' Uniou, convened by the Chamber of Commerce, was held to-day to discuss various disabilities existing in regard to congestion at Lyttelton. Tho following resolution was carried:—"That a strong representative committee of the various bodies interested, including the Railway Department, bo formed, with a view to ascertaining exactly the causes of troubles at present existing at Lyttelton. and report to a meeting in threo weeks time."
