CONDEMNED BY CLERGY.t London, Juno 19. Tho Archbishop of Melbourne, addressing the Mothers' Union at Westminster, spoke against the present mode of scanty costumes, mid condemned the "farmyard morals" of those who shirk motherhood.
The "Doily Mail" mokes a feature of Father Untomine's refusal to marry a bride in New Orleans because her d'ess "degraded the Sncrainent of matrimony." He ordered the lights to be lowered and dismissed the party—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
