Another emphatic protest from Labour against the continued, invasion of thu Dominion by Asiatics lias been entered by the General Labourers' Union, and will fee forwarded to all members of Parliament and to Parliament itself for consideration at. the forthcoming session. The proteßt, in addition to expressing indignation at the_ continued influx to these shores', of Asiatics,, points out that it is well known that at least one Celestial is operating in tho furniture trade in this city at. the present time sellinf? furniture to Europeans.
