FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present Indications are for strong westerly winds, cloudy and unsettled, weattytr, with rain probablo generally, Falling barometer everywhere. Little chaniro in atmospherio pressure hag taken place, but freshening northerly and westerly winds 'are reported. Oloudy skies have been general, with rain, particularly oa the Weßt Coast. D. 0.
