COAL CONFERENCE
DISCUSSIONS STILL PROCEEDING. The conference arranged by the Prime Minister for the consideration of tha coal dispute continued its sittings on Saturday and adjourned until to-day. The Prime Minister, who presides at nil full meetings of the conference, slated yesterday that somo progress towards a settlement of the dispute was being made Manv difficulties had still to 1 o overcome, but he was disposed to regard the outlook as hopeful.
