$ EFFECT ON COTTON INDUSTRY. Washington, -February 10. Tho Department of Commerce has issued statistics sliowing that the United States exports of cotton will be decreased by 50 per cent, if England's inability to purchase cotton, due to the- exchange situation, continues—Aus.-N.Z.
