Router's correspondent \undcrstaiids that the air bombardment of tho hostile Indian frontier villages has not had tho full effect oxpected of it in compelling surrender. It will probably be necessary to march troops into t'ho heart of the Mahsud country. Tho operations expected to last five or six weeks—Router.
