The position hinges 011 whether Clemow, as the lessee of Miss l'airhall, having surrendered all or part of the "lease, some of which had been sub-let to the defendant, could thereafter terminate defendant's sub-tenancy.
In divorce, Cyril ITokwich, New Ply-, month, was granted a dcciee nisi against Mary llolswich, Wellington, on the ground of desertion. Edmund C. Keif was granted a decree nisi against Elhpl Emily It elf, on the ground of misconduct, the co-rcspoudent being Walter P. Bensley.
