As tho rnsult of a collision between a motor-cycle with a side-car and a motorlorry in Khyber Pass Eoad last nisjht, threo occupants of tho cycle and sidecar were admitted to the Hospital, viz.: Miss Eleio Carbines, of Grov Lynn, is suffering from a fractured skull, and her condition is serious; Robert Neill Vickern.an, of Hemuera, sustained a fractured jaw and broken leg: and Miss Coralie Hunter, shock and slight injuries to oho of her legs. Ernest Bedford, driver of the ■ motor-lorry, states tliat just about ftusk lie saw the motor-cycle approaching at a fast pace, and gave it room for a clear run on the tram rails. The cycle, however, collided with the lorry, head on. Its occupants were violently thrown out, and the cyelo completely wrecked.
