SUPERVISORS TO BE APPOINTED.Very soon the Minister of Lauds will be in a position to appoint the supcivisors of soldiers' settlemeuts in the various districts. These officers aro tu serve tho Department as inspectors of soldier settlements, and also as guides and counsellors of the soldier settlers. It is of the utmost importance that men of the right type shall be selected. The Minister and the Under-Secretary liavo made a selection from among tho applicants, and the Minister is asking tbo selected men to meet him t for personal interviews before the recommendations for appointments are made.
