SOLDIER ARTISTS WELCOMED
FUNCTION AT THE ACT GALLEIiY. / There" was a large gathering of members and their friends at the Academy of Fine Arts at tho social function held last evening to welcome, back soldier artists who have recently returned from the front. ' Mr. H. M. Gore, the president, taicl it was not to be a night of speech-making. They welcomed back at their last exhibi-tion-MeSsrs. A. P. Nieoll, Nugent Welch, and E. Murray Fuller, and he wii9 tiuro they-desired liini to extend a ■ warm and hearty welcome'to Mr.''fernowl Atkinson and Mr. W. 11, Carter, iun.
