NATIONAL APPLE SHOW
In its Teport on the'recent National 11 ■ Patriotic Apple Show, the Auckland "Ex- ■ .-"'ecutivo Committee , makes the following suggestions for future ■ shows':— ' , .. (a) That the National Show should be " maintained as an annual function, as wo believe it has immense, educational v;. value. ' (b) That the element ,of dual .control ' has operated against the; best interests ■ ' ; of the 6how, and should be abolished. '■ .' (c) That in.''future;', "having 'laid down ■ tho policy of the show, and framed the . - r 'ichedule, the directors should leavo the ■ details in the hands of the local diiec-•'-'tors'and the executive in the show centre, with full power to act,-the local executive should have the printing of .tlw 7 schedule and catalogue, advertising, Te- • " ceiving entries, providing iudges' books, C. tickets, badges, and all matters neces- - (• 6ary to the success .of. the. show...
