WELLINGTON TOURNAMENT ' GREENS UNDER WATER After two very wet days the weather cleared up beautifully yesterday and Rave .the bowlers engaged in tho Wellington- Centre's annual tournament- the chance they wanted to finish the section play. Owing to tho steady rain on Saturday and Sini(!'!Y the greens were naturally very hcsivy '-'n tho-morning, and-in some cases a pV deal of push was needed to get the bowls.-up,- so dead was.the running, compared with the slippery eon. ditions'of last week. ,Tho good soaking and rest did tho greens a lot of good, ftiul should mako them nearly perfect for the final games.
