ENERGETIC RECOVERY CAMPAIGN TJRGBD. (Dec. November 17, 5.5 p.m.') London, November 15. Mr. R. W. Dalton, the British Trade Commissioner in New Zealand, is touring the industrial districts and discussing with manufacturers immediate developments' in exports. Tn an interview he stated that the strongest endeavours were necessary to regain the trade that had been lost in New Zealand.
