Fraser for selection as a Labour candidate for Wellington Central. A ballot for the selection of a Lahour candidate ifor tho Wellington Central electorate will be held in the new Trades Hall, Vivian Street, on, Saturday and .Monday next, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Nominations close to-day at noon. _ ' .
