Anyone who likes tasty bread must have no-' ticcd the differenco in the quality of tha. breud durins the last .month. Without. the admixture of a certain proportion ot Australian Hour, the bfead made from \w Zeajknd flour has not the same bright colour, line texture, nor is it near-. ly so palatable. The bread become*coarser in grain, and from what one can boo cannot liave the nujritive qualities a<l bread made with tfie mixed flours.
