FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY, Present indications are for moderate and. variable breezes, giving place to increasing northerlies everywhere soon. A change to cloudy and unsettled weather is likely shortly, with rain following generally. Barometer fall. Cold and changeable conditions prevailed on Thursday, with showers in parts but fair though dull weather has ruled to-day.
