* WELLINGTON ASSOCIATION'S ANNUAL MEETING. . A well-attended meeting of delegates to the Wellington Ladies' iiockey Association was held last iiight, iUr. J. Cusack presiding. A new team has been formed from among the ladies at Base Records Office, Miss i\l. U. Evans being the secretary. The election ot officers resulted us follows—President, Mr. J. C. Cusack; vicepresidents, ALr. M'lntyre, Misses il'Lcan and Coatos, Captai.is Vino and King, Messrs. Rodda, Weir, aud Frost; secretary, Miss Jordan; treasurer, Miss Simon; management committee, Misses Wogan, Hostick, Hobbs, Cameron, aud Lonsdale; delegate to New Zealand Association, Miss Simon; auditors, .Messrs. Kean and M'Lenn; (oleetor, Mr. Cusack. It was decided to start the competitions on May 18, entries to close on .May 10. Karori Park will be the ground for Uw season.

N.Z. ASSOCIATION'S ANNUAL REPORT.

The nnnual • report of the New Zenland Mies' Hockey Association, to l>e presented at the meeting to be held on Monday next, says that the past season was, in the absence of the annual lournament,' a quiet one, for, though an attempt was made, for a tourney in the North and South'-Islands, the winners to plav oil' in Christchiireh and Wellington* it lapsed through insufficient interest. Several associations have ceased to be members of the association owing to the .unsettled conditions resultant on the war. Financially, the association is stronß, there being a, credit balance of .£213 VJs.
