AVOKK TO BE RESUMED TO-DAY. The Paparoa inino hold-up has been settled, and work is (o lie resumed lit once. The Prime- Minister (the Itt. Hon. \Y. F. Massey) received a telegram last, evening, signed by Messrs. Coppersmith and Sample, which ran as follows:—"Papa roa miners agree, to terms of settlement, and resume work Monday."
