CZERNIN'S FALL
STORMY INTERVIEW WITH THE EMPEROR EX-MINISTER WILL JOIN THE ARMY Copenhagen, April IG. The Emperpr Charles gave an audience to Count Czernin on Sunday, and there was a stormy interview. Count Czernin has decided to servo in the Army, and will command an Austrian brigade in Italy. Tne # German papers applaud Count Czernin's action, and say is it correct after the .Emperor's letter to Princo Sixte, of Bourbon.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. OTHERS INVOLVED. London, April 16. The Hague correspondent of "The Times" says that Czernin's fall is certain to involve the fall of several of his friends, including possibly Dr. von Kuhlmann, the Gorman foreign Minister. The "Nieuo Freie Presets" (Vienna) says: "Count Czemin's fall 6ftvoa the Monarchy. It delivers the country bound hand and foot to tho German Moloch." The Berlin Press states that the appointment of Count Tisza would be received with general satisfaction in Germany. It is undiretood that the Kaiser has hinted this to the Emperor TJliarles. -"The Times."
