Wynyard was ordered to pay George and. George £1 19s. 113: by December 27, or serve twenty-four hours' imprisonment; Thomas Tyrell to pay Wallace and Gibson £3 15s. by the same date, or serve»three days' imprisonment. J. and M. Hawkins, proprietors of the London Pie Shop, were lined £2 for breaches of the award applying to their employees. Michael O'Connor sued Joseph Angus for £4 ss. for two years' storage of harness and furniture in a stable. The defendant counter-claimed £10 4s. for alleged damage to the goods, and wrongful occupation of the stable by the plaintiff. The Court gave judgment for O'Connor. Edwin James Beavis recovered £20' 17s. Id. (rent) and possession of a tenement from F. Young.
