Some fifteen firms doing business in Wellington were represented at a meeting convened yesterday for tlie nur-' pose of forming a. local Grain, Produce and Seed Merchants' Association.. It was formally agreed that such an association be formed. Mr. H. Baldwin was elected president; Mr. R. G. C. Eitcli, .vice president; Mr. A. W.
