Eranc, the sum of £30 for damages, arising out of a collieion which took place at Kilbirnio on .Tuly 17 last.' Plaintiff alleged that ae-. fendant so negligently' and carelessly drove a motorcar belonging to him when rounding tho corner of Hoillam Avenue - into Wellington Hoad that he collided with tho horse and express owned by plaintiff.
