London, Octobor 21. Trafalgar Day was celebrated in tha customary fashion. The Japanese Ambassador said that Japan had loyally fulfilled her obligations, and was gradually extending hor naval and military operations; to-day she was actively engaged in certain portions of the European theatres.—Eeuter.
