London, October 21. An official report from Mesopotamia states: "There have been successful operations in the vicinity of Deltawa and Xizil Eobat. Our columns began an enveloping movement on Friday, and drove the enemy across the_ river DialaThe Turks destroyed the bridge at Jiizu Robat, and retreated to the southern hills of tho Jebel Hamrin liange."—Aus.N.Z. ICizil Eobat, 05 miles northeast of Bagdad, and 35 miles from Deltawa, :s on the east side of the Diala, in the eastern entrance of the gorge by which the river traverses tho Jebel Hamrin mountains."]
