MEETING OP EXECUTIVE,

The executive of tha Wellington Cricket Association met last evening in tha Civil Service Club rooms, Mr. C. (x. Wilson presided, and other members present were: Messrs. AVillis, Ward, Bennett, Crombie, Beeehey, and Howitt. The ohairman made reference to th» nlterations that had been effected in the Basin .Reserve. He said that tho association had good reason to bo pleased with them, but ho expressed the opinion that tho water supply would havo to be increased if the ground was to be kept m a good green slate.
