In his report for the month, ended September 30, the mine manager of the Murray Oreek Gold-mining Company, Limited, states that the No. 4 lovol has been extended south a turlher distance of 94 feet. The reef can be traced in tho bottom of the level for a length of 48 feel, and sold ie plainly visible in the stone. The level has bcon driven north from tho winze 13 feet, width of reef in the face is 30 inches. During the montfc 13861 tons of quartz were delivered at the battery.
