APPEAL COURT

CONSTEOCTION OP A WILL, The Court of Appeal resumed its sitting yesterday. The Chief Justice (Sir Uobert .Stout) presided, and with liim on the Bench were Their Honours Jlr. Justico Donuiston, llr. Justice Cooper,. -Mr. Justice Chapman, and Mr. Justice Hosting. The Court was engaged all day in hearing argument upon the construction of the will of one Jessie Hall Bull, kte of Napier, deceased. The whole point turned upon whether there 'was an intestacy as to part of the estate, and there was doubt as to what part of the estato was aft'ectcd if any intestacy existed. Mr. Hay, of the Public Trust Office, appeared for the Public Trustee, Sir John Findlay, K.C:, with him Mr. D. R. Hoggard, for J. H. Sheath and other benefieiarios, and Mr. C. P. Skorrett, with him Mr. Crombie, for A. H. L. Bull, executor of t'lm will of Frederick Bull, husband of the testatrix. .The Court reserved decision.
