'sued the Union Insurance Co. of Canton, China, 'on a claim for damage to a part of a cargo of frozen poultry biouglit over ou the s.s. Brodvale. Shippers of frozen pioduce desiring to insure this risk should, therelore, in future see that their policy clearly provide against, stoppage' of refrigerating effect.
