Mr. Strong, solicitor for tho owner is tho tost case, said ho would appeal on two points. Ho said that tho valuer used la wrong method of valuation, by rating on 'the unimproved first and capital last, and that he did not consider restrictions on the alienation of Native land. All the other eases we-re then adjourned till 'October 16, pending a Suprome Court decision, which may affect eases to bo heard at To Ku.iti and and the Bench said might ujwet tho valuations of all Maori land in JscW' Zealand. • • , •_
