SQUALLY AND UNSETTLED WEATHER
Present indications, according to the official forecast of the Meteorological Department, are for squally and unsettled weather, heavy rain, and flooded rivers on the West Coast and in southernmost districts. Yesterday was mild but blowy, with a "feel" of rain in the air which: soon developed material Tesults in jjho shape of driving showers from the northwesr. High westerly winds are expected to continue, changing to south-west shortly in the south., Tho barometer is unsteady.
