Y.M.C.A. NOTES

The Y.M.C.A. Buildings were again crowded with soldiers at tlio last weekend. Two hundred beds and 421 meals were supplied at tho hostel in Boulcott Street, and 1!)0 beds and 308 meals in the main Y.M.C.A. Building, in Willis Street. Over eighty of tho men were entertained at supper and song service after church on Sunday night. Th Rev., W. CI. Williams (member of Wanganui' Y.M.C.A. board of directors) gave an address to the men's meeting, and forty sokTers and visitors were afterwards entertained at the strangers' tea. Mr. G. T. Clarko presided at the weekly meeting of the Literary and T)catine Society, the evening being devoted to "impromptu speeches."
