SUPREME COURT DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS. A siding of the Supremo Court, was held yesterday, moraine. His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman being on the Bench. Henry Hobert Wclsford, wood-work machinist, petitioned for the dissolution of hi? marriage with Alice Louisa Wclsford on the ground of immorality, the corespondent being Henry James Spargo, driver. itr. I'. W. Jackson appeared for the petitioner, Mr. H. P. O'Loary for the respondent, and Mr. J. J. M'Grath for the co-respondent. The petition set forth that tlio parties were married at Palmcrston North on August 8, 1894, and lived together in Palmerston North and "Wellington. There were six children of the ■ marriage, the eldest being 82 years of age and the youngest. 10. In October, 1914, tho respondent left her home and took rooms in Kent Terrace. Thcro ncre no reasons for. the respondent leaving her homo except that sho had formed a strong affection for tho co-rcaaondent. Later the respondent went to rivo at a ooardinghouse where the co-respondent waa also a hoarder, and later the rcsnond■•nt and co-respondent left the boardinghouse, and took a house and lived to-'•-?ther. Tliey returned to tho boardinghouse where they stayed for three weeks, occupying the same room. They again took a house and lived together. The respondent denied that she ever misbehaved herself with the co-respondent. She denied having lived with tlio co-re-spondent at any time, and was uot living vritli him at present. Despondent, in a conhter petition, prayed for the dissolution of her marriage with the petitioner on the ground of misbehaviour in Ohristcliurch in November, 1909, and also ill Wellington in January and February, 1915. The case had not concluded when the Court rose at 5 p.m. '
