FIFTY-TWO SOLDIERS MISSING WITH CAPTAIN AND SOME OP THE CREW (ltec. June 11), G. 45 p.m.) London, Juno IS. An enemy submarine sank the British transport Cameroniau on June 2, in the Eastoru Mediterranean. A small number of troops were on.- board. Fifty-two troops and seven of.the crew, including the captain, are missing.—A us.-N.Z. Cable Assn.-Keuter. THE PIRATE WAR ON. NEUTRALS NORWAY'S LOSSES (Kec. June 19, 6.45 p.m.) Copenhagen, June 18. The "Tidenstegn" states that during the war tho Germans _ have sunk by submarine 5G2 Norwegian' ships, of a total tonnage of 800,000, and 581 men and women have been killed.- furthermore, the fate of many ships is unknown. It. is estimated that the merchant fleet altogether has lost about a million tons, with six or seven hundred lives.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn. NAVIGATION OF THE BALTIC . (Kec. June 19, 5.15 p.m.) London, June 18. It is announced that arrangements have been concluded with Sweden to allow vessels freely to leave the Baltic.--Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. THE WAR ON HOSPITAL SHIPS STORY OP THE DOVER CASTLE. (Rec. June 20, 0.30 a.m.) London, June 10. Tho survivors from the hospital ship Dover Castle (sunk by a submarine last month) have arrived. They state it was a beautifully calm night when the 6hip was attacked. Tho first warning of the explosion was tho ripping of a great hole in the vessel, and the killing of six stoke-hole men. A comrade dragged out another fireman with a broken jaw and shoulder, and bruises and cuts from head to foot. The officers and doctors displayed the utmost courage, and directed the rescue work. Six hundred of tho wounded and many armless men were hobbling about swathed in bandages. There was great relief when it was announced that all had been trnsferred. No nurses wore on board the ship, which nose-dived after the second torpedo hit her.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
