BASIS OF REPRESENTATION

London, June 11. The Irish Convention will bo composed of fifteen nominees of tlio Crown, thirtvthreo chairmen of county councils, the Lord Mayors of Dublin, Belfast, and Cork, three Mayors of other municipalities, and representatives of chambers of commerce.

The Roman Catholic Church will be offered four places and the Protestant Church -three. The political parties trill be represented by five each, the Nationalists, Sinn I'eiuers, Ulster Unionists, and Southern Unionists, two each, the O'Brienites two each, the Peers five. The Labour Party, Orange Order, Hibernians, and United Irish League are not directly represented.—Aus.-N.Z. Cahle Assn.-E enter.
