The "Daily Telegraph's" Parliamentary correspondent has been authorised to announce that Lord Dcvonport has resigned 'owing to ill-health, and that Mr. Lloyd-Georgo has accopted his resignation. Lord Dcvonport suffered from a. severe breakdown somo months ago, and he has not recovered.
