FINE WEATHER AGAIN
— » A beautifully fino clear winter's day favoured Wellington and its vicinity yesterday, and according to tho official report of tho Meteorological Office' t'ao improvement, eo far as the East Coast districts particularly are concerned, bas been general. Tho barometer has been unsteady, and variable winds have ruled. Present indications are for westerly to southerly winds, moderate to strong and squally at times, with cool and changeable weather and scattered rainfall, especially in the West Coast and southernmost districts. Tho barometer is expected to rise everywhere shortly.
