COAL RATIONING IN LONDON
PROPOSAL-FOR NEXT WINTER. London, May 18. In the Houso of Commons, Sir Albert .Stanley (President of the Board of Trade) stated that, owing to transport difficulties, coal rationing would be necessary, especially in London, next winter.
