VESSELS LEFT FALMOUTH
(Rec. February 25, 11.10 p.m.) London, February 25. 'All the Dutch vessels sailed on Thursday from Falmouth, where they arrived at various dates, and were released at tho request of the D.tftch Government. An offioial'of the Dutch' Legation privately instruoted the captains the proper coursa to steer. The vessels carried lights clearly illuminating the short distance from Falmouth. A submarine attacked and sank three, and severely damaged four.—United- Service.
