The Prisons Board, under the Crimes Amendment Act, 1910, lias been constituted as follows:— ; Sir Robert Stout, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand. Mr. Gibbes Claude Borlase Jordan, TJnder-Secretary of Justice. Mr. Joseph Prank Strong Hay, Inspector-General of Mental Hospitals. Mr. Charles Edward Matthews, Inspector of Prisons. Mr. Edwin Hall, of Onohunga. Mr. Georgo Fenwick, of Dunedin. Mr. William Reece, of Christchurch.
