Chrlstchurch, February 21 'There were small entries of stook at Uio 'Adrtington market to-day, except for store shoep, which were offered in very Urge numbers. Store aheep sold well, as did fat lambs. Fat cattlo were easier, the quality generally being indifferent. Mt sheep were irregular, but there was a better change in iho prices for a few pens of extra prime sheep, which brought more than the usual rates. Store cattle wero in good demand, and fat pigs were scarce and firmer. Prices:—Store sheep-Jtixed-sex lambs, 15s. 6d. to 245. 6d.; ewe lambs, 216. to 235.; wother lambs. 12s. 'A. to 225. 4d.; two-tooth ewes. 325. to 385.; four and six-tooth ewes, 27e.
