0SERIOUS DAMAGE REPORTED, By Telegraph—Press Association. Gisborne, January 24. The hotl.v of I£dgnr Arnold Lewis, aged 20, who was washed away by tuo ■flood at Tokomarn Bay, was found yesterday. AVilkins's wool-scouring plant at iiia was completely washed away by tlio flood, also the approaches to the Mangahawini bridge, which was recently restored after the previous flood. Waipiro Bay reports that seventeen inches of rain fell during the 24 hours of the storm;
